Our mission is to provide our partners with reliable and professional on-site audits and to accurately report our findings and determinations very rapidly. In doing so, our goal is to exceed their expectations while firmly, but fairly protecting their interests.

Extending the Reach of your QA Department

AQL specializes in providing finished product audits and inspection services for the audio and consumer electronics industries. Our head office is located near the heart of the industry; Shenzhen, China. We have an aggressive plan in motion that will provide out partners with a branch location in the Shanghai / Suzhou area by mid 2004. While we do offer coverage throughout Asia, our focus is on China. Currently we perform audits in Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.

We are very familiar with a wide range of products; from raw transducers to finished high-end cabinets, accessory kits to HTIB / DVD systems. Two key factors are present that set AQL apart from others in the industry. First is our unique experience and understanding of the culture in Asia and how the culture is interlocked with the mindset of the manufacturers. Our understanding of the cultural issues and the challenges that your manufacturers face is a very important aspect of our overall program. Second, but equally important is our detailed knowledge of the manufacturing systems and process controls necessary to effectively manufacture good, consistent products.

Each time we perform an inspection or witness a production run, we bring our considerable experience and knowledge to bear to insure the quality is where it should be. Within hours of the completion of a typical audit, your QA department will receive an overview or the production run or audit. This information gives your company an unprecedented ability to react to issues that may be present. Our company director has a saying you can fix almost anything in Asia for almost nothing; there is almost nothing that you can fix for any amount once bad product leaves the factory in Asia. We work with you to prevent unacceptable product from leaving the manufacturing facility. This combined with your in-house QA and Technology departments makes your company more competitive and more profitable.
